This isn’t generic coaching.
It’s targeted development.

Doing this work can be complex, challenging and often isolating — especially when you’re expected to lead change without clear support.
Coaching provides space to think clearly, reflect honestly and work through the challenges you don’t always get to talk about.
Whether you’re leading ED&I work or navigating leadership more broadly, this is about building confidence in how you think, act and lead.
Sessions are practical and grounded — focused on real situations, not abstract theory.
For many, this sits alongside wider organisational work — supporting the individuals responsible for delivering change.

"Woosh was brilliant – engaging, eloquent, and cutting through the noise"

– Dan Lucy
Director HR Research and Consulting,
Institute for Employment Studies

Woosh spoke at our 2024 annual conference on developing a sustainable strategy for the voluntary sector workforce. He was brilliant! Woosh was so engaging and eloquent across some really challenging topics. I would recommend Woosh as a speaker certainly, but also as someone who cuts through a lot of the noise out there and really understands what it means to be an impactful people professional in a constantly evolving landscape.
